Taster Week
7- 10 Days
£299
This is exactly what the title suggests. It's your opportunity to understand what it's like to work under my guidance and see how I work. There's no obligation to continue after the taster week is finished.
By the end of the week you will have a thorough understanding of how sessions work and feel like and have a greater insight into what the process of being strategically coached to your goals truly looks like.
- 15 min intro call (if we have not already spoken)
- 3x 55 minute training sessions (in-person or/and via zoom)
- 30 minute coaching/review call
Single Ad Hoc PT sessions can be scheduled for £109, after your taster sessions. Semi-private sessions carry a £30 sub-charge per person, per session.
