About our Classes
Supplement your training regime with Coach Gus' curated online classes. From conditioning to strength and everything in between, each class is designed for the most effective output.

The class timetable is designed to cover all your strength and cardio fitness needs from the comfort of your own home.
Each training block is between 10-12 weeks long. This provides a definitive start and end date which we have found very effective in keeping you motivated and committed to the process. Don't worry though, if you want to join mid-way through a block, we will get you in the tribe no problem*.
Classes are either 30 (cardio-based) or 45 (strength) minutes long. Each class has two different workouts that alternate each week. This provides the perfect mix of variety and continuity in your training. The programme is progressive and becomes a little more challenging each week but this is matched with your ever-increasing fitness and strength.
Book yourself in for a single class (£15) or save time and money with our Weekly Subscription or One-off Payment. *If you start mid-block you can choose between the pay per class or the weekly payment subscription options.
Class Descriptions
This does exactly “what it says on the tin”.
If you want to feel strong, confident and resilient, then this is the class for you.
Not only do we cover all the movements traditionally associated with strength training, like squat, hinge, push/pull, but we also cover movements that will bulletproof you outside of the gym.
Ouch! This one is going to sting, no matter your starting fitness.
Think Crossfit MetCon meets old style circuit training.
This class is designed for you to push your limits each week and gauge how well your overall fitness is progressing.
This class is all about connecting the brain to muscle.
To achieve the body you want, it's not about the amount of weight you lift, but the way you lift it.
This is all about creating an improved outer exterior with the brucey bonus of improving your interior as nice concidence.
This is where you get the chance to give your body a well-deserved once over.
The class starts with mobility work and then transitions into a short sharp burst of HIIT training to boost your anaerobic fitness.
Join for one, or the other, or both! Duck in or out, depending on what you're up for that day.
Building an aerobic base is pretty damn important. Your weight training will be more effective, fat loss will be easier, and nasties like heart disease, cancer, diabetes and dementia are way less likely.
You'll get everything you need without endless time spent on a cardio machine.
We implement progressive programming based on the latest science to increase the effectiveness of the class.
How do classes work?
All classes will be on Zoom. You will just need your phone, tablet, laptop or computer and to install the Zoom app or you can sign in straight from your internet browser.
Book the class through our online booking system below.
You will receive a booking confirmation and an invitation to the class.
To join the ‘meeting’/class click the link in the invitation, you’ll be prompted to run the Zoom app or it will open in your browser.
Turn your audio on so that you can hear us (bottom left of the screen).
Put yourself on mute when you join the class. There will be a message board you can use if you have any questions during the class.
You can decide whether you do or don’t share your video. However if you do share your video we will be able to see you and give encouragement/advice and it can make the experience more fun and interactive!
Who can join?
The programme is for everyone! The classes are structured for all levels with progressions and regressions where appropriate. However, if you have any medical conditions, injuries, are pre or postnatal or completely new to exercise, please make sure you get in touch with us for advice before joining in.
Prices and Packages
Pay per class as you book for £15
Make it super simple and join for a 12-week block with unlimited access to classes. Choose from weekly payments of £39 per week or choose the best value option with one payment of £252.
Booking and Cancellation Info
You will need to book in at least an hour before the class is due to start.
If you need to cancel a class then we ask that you give us as much notice as you can so others can take your spot as places are limited.
If you are paying per class, there is a 12 hour cancellation notice period, after which the cost of the class can’t be refunded.
Recommended Equipment
Dumbbell(s) or Kettlebells 4-8kg x1-2 are great to level up your efforts in the classes.
Don't worry if you do not have any of these pieces of kit! We can always work around what you have.
